摘要
针对10kV单母四分段环形接线经小电阻接地方式的特点,分析其备自投的配置、动作逻辑及运行方式。10 k V单母四分段环形接线的备自投功能由3套备自投装置实现,根据主变负荷率的不同,提出备自投的3种运行方式,分析在不同运行方式下的备自投动作逻辑构成、备自投之间的配合及备自投的动作情况,并结合小电阻接地系统的运行要求,分析主变低后备保护、接地变保护、分段断路器保护之间的配合以及保护与备自投的配合。
According to the characteristic of 10 kV single-bus four-section circular conductor grounded by small resistance,the configuration,operation logic and operation mode of backup power automatic switching device are analyzed.The function of backup power automatic switching device of 10 kV single-bus four-section circular conductor is realized by three sets of backup power automatic switching device.According to the different load rates of the main transformer,three operation modes of backup power automatic switching device are proposed.The operation logic composition,operation,cooperation and operation condition of backup power automatic switching device in different operation modes are analyzed.Combined with the operation requirements of power system grounded by small resistance,the cooperation among the low backup protection of the main transformer,the grounding transformer protection,the section breaker protection and the cooperation between the protection and the backup automatic switching device are analyzed.
