摘要
目前,大多数企业在检定大质量砝码时,采用工人吊装砝码的方式在质量比较仪上进行。这种检定方式通常会遇到加载不平稳、冲击力大、操作危险等问题。本文设计了一套用于大质量砝码检定的装置,该装置在现有大质量比较仪的基础上进行设计改造,实现了砝码的自动加卸载,具有较好的通用性。同时,提高了大质量砝码检定时的准确度和工作效率,并且降低了工人的劳动强度,保障了工人的人身安全。最后,通过实验验证了该装置的重复性优于吊装方式加载砝码的大质量比较仪。
At present,when verifying the mass weight,most enterprises adopt the way of lifting the weight on the mass comparator.This kind of verification method usually encounters problems such as unstable loading,high impact force and dangerous operation.This article designed a set of device for the verification of large mass weights.This paper designs a set of device for the verification of large-mass weights.The device is designed and modified on the basis of the existing large-mass comparators,which realizes the automatic loading and unloading of weights,and has good versatility.At the same time,the device improves the accuracy and work efficiency of the verification of large mass weights,reduces the labor intensity of the workers,and ensures the personal safety of the workers.Finally,experiments have verified that the repeatability of the device is better than that of a large mass comparator with weights loaded in a hoisting method.
