摘要
现阶段高等职业院校普遍存在青年教师占比高、能力弱等问题。高职院校人才梯队建设的关键在青年教师,如何加快培养和锻造一支"双师型"青年师资队伍是高职院校发展的关键。通过分析高职院校青年教师实践能力提升的重要性及当前高职院校青年教师实践能力的现状,提出提升青年教师实践能力的具体途径和培养体系,即定向培育完善实践技能,提高新进教师入职水准;制订个性化培训方案,考核通过方可上岗;政企校师四方协同,提供实践基础;建立健全考核及奖惩制度,培养实践自觉性,实现在职终身实践。
Nowadays,the higher vocational colleges face the problems such as the higher percent and lower ability of young teachers.The key point of talents cultivation is young teacher.It is extremely important for higher vocational colleges’development to comply with the demand of healthy development and accelerate to cultivate young teaching staff with"double certificates".This paper analyzes the importance of promoting young teachers’practice ability and current situation and problems in the process of practice in higher vocational colleges and proposes the concrete approaches and cultivation system to improve practice ability as the following aspects:training the practical skills and raising the teaching level of young teachers,setting up the individuation training plan with a specialized final exam,providing the practical foundation with four aspects of collaboration,and establishing a perfect check-up and reward and punishment system to cultivate practical consciousness and realize the lifelong practice.
