摘要
介绍了无加强U形波纹管膨胀节的结构组成,并对新老GB 16749中关于其在压力引起波纹管周向薄膜应力、稳定性要求下的极限设计压力、疲劳寿命等计算结果的差异进行了原因分析,另外还对多层波纹管计算时应注意的一些问题进行了讨论。
In this article,the structural configuration of unreinforced U-shape bellow was introduced.With respect to new and old standards GB 16749,the deviation in the calculation results for the circumferential stress due to pressure,the limit design pressure based on instability and fatigue life were analyzed.Moreover,some issues existed in the calculation of multi-ply bellow were discussed.
