摘要
以醋酸锌、氢氧化钠为原材料,采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS),通过水热法制备纳米ZnO。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及紫外-可见分光光度计等测试手段对产物的结构、形貌和光催化性能进行表征。结果表明:通过加入不同表面活性剂(即CTAB、SDBS)可以得到花状、棒状ZnO微纳米晶。经过250W紫外灯照射180min后,利用CTAB和SDBS为模板剂合成的ZnO对甲基橙的降解率分别达到了90%和96%。
Using zinc acetate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)as templates agents,nano-zinc oxide was prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure,morphology and photocatalytic properties of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and UV-visible spectrophotometry.The results showed that flower-like,rod-like nanocrystals can be obtained by adding different surfactants.The different morphology of ZnO micro-nanocrystals all had photocatalytic properties.The photocatalytic performance of ZnO added SDBS was obviously better than that of ZnO added CTAB.The decolorization efficiency of methyl orange solution can be reached 96%under the irradiation of a 250 Wultraviolet lamp for 180 min.
