摘要
材料的力学性能对其后续应用会产生重要影响,当前国内外有关三维编织复合材料圆管力学性能的研究还不够深入。针对这一问题,探讨了三维编织复合材料圆管的细观结构特征,如单胞模型、内部编织结构以及单胞特性与编织工艺参数之间的联系等,研究了三维编织复合材料圆管在拉伸、压缩、冲击、扭转、疲劳等不同载荷下的力学行为及破坏模式,总结了三维编织复合材料圆管模拟仿真的思路方法,归纳了材料损伤演化模式/失效机理特性,指出了目前存在的问题及未来三维编织复合材料圆管力学性能的研究方向。
The mechanical properties of material have an important influence on its subsequent application.At present,the research on mechanical properties of three-dimensional braided composite circular tubes at home and abroad is not deep enough.Aiming at this problem,the meso-structural features of 3 Dtubes were discussed,such as the unit cell model,the internal braided structure,and the relationship between the unit cell characteristics and the braiding process parameters.In the tests,the mechanical behaviors and failure modes of 3 Dtubes subjected to tensile loading,compression loading,impact loading,torsion loading,fatigue loading etc were investigated.Also,for 3 Dtubes,the numerical simulating methods and the materials progressive damage/evolution were analyzed and summarized.At the same time,some problems in the current research were summarized and some suggestions were put forward.It was expected to provide basic references and new ideas for the structural design and mechanical analysis of 3 Dbraided composite tubes.
