摘要
选取粒径3~5μm、质量分数分别为0.01%、0.05%、0.07%、0.1%的硼酸锌作为异相成核剂,制备发泡聚丙烯珠粒,同时对珠粒的泡孔微观结构、泡孔尺寸、泡孔密度、发泡倍率、成型性能、熔融结晶性能等进行研究。通过泡孔研究与成型制件的尺寸稳定性来寻求合适的成核剂添加量,以达到发泡聚丙烯保温效果的最优化。
Expanded polypropylene(EPP)beads were prepared by zinc borate with the particle size of 3~5μm,and used different additive amounts(0.01%,0.05%,0.07%and 0.1%)as heterogeneous nucleating agent.At the same time,the microstructure of the beads,cell size,cell density,expansion ratio,molding performance,melting crystallization performance,etc.were systematically studied.Through the cell research and the dimensional stability of the molded parts,the appropriate amount of nucleating agent was sought to optimize the heat preservation of EPP.
