摘要
为制备性能优异的阻尼层涂料,从异氰酸酯种类、软段种类及相对分子质量、扩链剂种类、硬段含量、云母粉添加量等方面讨论了影响阻尼层损耗因子和力学性能的因素。结果表明:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)制备的阻尼层具有优异的低温阻尼性能,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)制备的阻尼层高温阻尼性能较好;聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)制备的阻尼层性能优于聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG);以4,4′-双仲丁氨基二苯基甲烷(6200)为扩链剂制备的阻尼层损耗因子峰值较高,力学性能较好;提高硬段含量,损耗因子峰值升高,阻尼温域变窄;云母粉的加入可提高阻尼层阻尼性能和力学性能,添加量为16%(质量分数)时材料性能最优。
In order to prepare constrained damping coatings with excellent performance for ships,the loss factors and mechanical properties were discussed from the aspects of isocyanate type,soft segment and molecular weight,chain agent,hard section content and the amount of mica powder.The results shown that the damping layer prepared by TDI-80 had excellent low-temperature damping performance,and excellent high-temperature damping performance prepared by MDI-50.The damping performance of polypropylene oxide glycol(PPG)was better than polytetrahydrofuranediol(PTMG).The 4,4′-double butyl diomethane(6200)as the chain extender had higher damping and mechanical performance.The hard section content improved can increase the damping peak,and narrowed the domain of damping temperature.The addition of mica powder can improve the damping performance and mechanical properties,and the optimum addition amount was 16%.
