纳米四氧化三铁修饰片状氧化铝的研究 被引量:1

摘要 导热粒子填充聚合物复合材料是覆铜板半固化片的理想选择。为提高聚合物复合材料的导热性能,通过铁盐和亚铁盐的原位共沉淀反应在片状氧化铝表面修饰了晶粒尺寸约14nm的磁性Fe_(4)O_(3)纳米粒子。片状Al_(2)O_(3)@Fe_(4)O_(3)复合粒子采用空间位阻小的三元共混有机硅醇进行偶联改性后,耐热温度达300℃,并可改善聚合物体系的两相界面。片状Al_(2)O_(3)@Fe_(4)O_(3)复合粒子及其偶联改性复合粒子具有超顺磁性,在磁场诱导下可垂直取向,在覆铜板领域具有较大的应用前景。 Thermal conductive particle-filled polymer composite is an ideal choice for prepreg of copper clad laminate.In order to improve the thermal conductivity of polymer composites,magnetic Fe_(4)O_(3)nanoparticles with grain size of about 14nm were modified on the surface of flaky alumina by in-situ coprecipitation of ferric salt and ferrous salt.Then the flaky Al_(2)O_(3)@Fe_(4)O_(3)composite particles were modified with ternary blending organosilanol with low steric hindrance.The heat resistance temperature of the prepared composite particles reached 300℃and the two-phase interface of the polymer system could be improved.Flaky Al_(2)O_(3)@Fe_(4)O_(3) composite particles and their coupling modified composite particles had great application prospects in the field of copper clad laminate due to their superparamagnetism and vertical orientation induced by magnetic field.
