低密度聚乙烯/茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯/碳纳米管的共混改性及发泡性能 被引量:2

Blending modification and foaming properties of LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs

摘要 采用熔融共混法和辐照交联技术制备了低密度聚乙烯/茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯/碳纳米管(LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs)复合发泡材料。研究了CNTs含量对LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs复合体系的加工流动性、热性能及发泡行为、隔音性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:CNTs的引入降低了LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs共混体系的熔体流动速率,提高其结晶度。当CNTs含量为3%时,LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs复合发泡体系具有较优的综合性能。与纯LDPE/MLLDPE发泡体系相比,拉伸强度提高了25.5%,撕裂强度提高了40.7%,硬度提高了9.3%,隔声指数提高27.6%,导热系数提高33.3%,而回弹性下降22.7%。 Low-density polyethylene(LDPE)/metallocene linear low-density polyethylene(MLLDPE)/carbon nanotubes(CNTs)composite foaming materials were prepared by melt blending and irradiation crosslinking techniques.The effects of CNTs on the processing flowability,thermal and foaming behavior,sound insulation and mechanical properties of LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs composite systems were investigated.The result showed that the introduction of CNTs reduced the melt index of the LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs composite materials but increased their relative crystallinity.When the CNTs content was 3%,LDPE/MLLDPE/CNTs composite foaming system had better comprehensive properties.Compared with pure LDPE/MLLDPE foaming system,the tensile strength was increased by 25.5%,the tear strength was increased by 40.7%,the hardness was increased by 9.3%,the sound insulation index was increased by 27.6%,the thermal conductivity was increased by 33.3%,while the resilience was decreased by 22.7%.
