摘要
慢性伤口的治疗和管理给全球医疗保健系统带来了严重的经济负担,同时也给患者带来了极大的心理压力,这些伤口通常难以自愈合,并且持续多年,严重时还会导致截肢甚至危及生命,因此促进慢性伤口快速愈合显得尤为重要。在治疗慢性伤口的过程中,常见的办法是利用敷料来避免伤口受到细菌的污染,从而达到促进伤口愈合的目的,然而传统的伤口敷料缺乏抗菌和促进组织修复的功能,在使用过程中效果并不明显。而智能水凝胶敷料可以给伤口提供湿润的环境,能够在不同外界环境的刺激下做出不同的响应,从而有效地促进慢性伤口愈合。综述了智能水凝胶的分类及性质,以及智能水凝胶敷料的主要应用和发展,为慢性伤口的治疗提供新的思路。
The treatment and management of chronic wounds have brought serious economic burden to the global health care system,and also brought great psychological pressure to patients.These wounds usually do not heal on their own and persist for years,in serious eases,leading to amputation or even crisis in their lives.Therefore,promoting rapid healing of chronic wounds is very important.In the process of treating chronic wounds,a common way is to utilize dressings to protect the wounds from the contamination by bacteria and thus promote wounds healing.However,traditional wound dressings do not have the antibacterial and tissue repair function,making them limited effectiveness in the process of use.In contrast,the smart hydrogel dressing can provide a moist environment to the wound,which can make different responses under the stimulation of different external environments,thus effectively promoting chronic wound healing.This paper reviewed the classification and properties of smart hydrogels,as well as the main applications and developments of smart hydrogel dressings,providing new ideas for the treatment of chronic wounds.
