摘要
如何安全穿越富含瓦斯地层是长大铁路瓦斯隧道施工的重难点。当时我国在建的最长高瓦斯铁路隧道——梅岭关隧道是新建兰(州)渝(重庆)铁路重点控制性工程,通过建立瓦斯隧道综合防治体系,按照“超前钻进行瓦斯孔探、实时对瓦斯进行监测、杜绝接触火源、强化通风降低瓦斯”综合防治瓦斯的原则,借助瓦斯超前预报勘测技术掌握地层瓦斯含量和涌出情况,据此制定合理通风方案,并进行瓦斯在线监测和实时分析,有效预防瓦斯事故发生。
How to safely cross the gas rich stratum is an important and difficult point in the construction of gas rich tunnel of Changchun-Dalian railway.At that time,Meilingguan tunnel,the longest high-gas railway tunnel under construction in China,was one of the key high-risk control projects along the new Lanzhou-Chongqing railway.By establishing a comprehensive prevention and control system for gas tunnel,according to the principle of comprehensive gas prevention and control"advanced drilling for gas hole detection,real-time monitoring of gas,preventing gas from contacting fire source,strengthening ventilation and reducing gas",and with the help of gas advance prediction and survey technology,master the formation gas content and emission,so as to formulate a reasonable ventilation scheme,and carry out gas on-line monitoring and real-time analysis,so as to effectively prevent gas accidents.
