摘要
在“三高四新”战略背景下,湖南省积极应对人口老龄化,推动养老服务产业发展,重视社区居家养老服务网络体系建设,创新社区居家养老服务模式,利用智慧化网络照护服务,构建湖南省智慧养老服务网络建设的合作机制,提出“社区智慧居家养老服务+乡村康养”的“智慧养老”模式,以打造由基层政府主导与统筹的湖南省智慧养老服务网络体系。
Implementing the strategy of"Three High and Four New"is the development direction of industry service economy at present,attaching importance to the construction of community home care service network system,innovating and developing community home care service,using intelligent network care services,summarizing the typical cases of Hunan province home care service network construction,the smart elderly care service model of community smart home care service and rural health care is proposed to build a smart elderly care service network system in Hunan led and coordinated by the grass-roots government.
