摘要
“互联网+”时代为高校对学生进行个性化教育提供了得天独厚的环境,有效弥补了传统教育对学生个性化教育的局限性,实现国家培养高层次应用型人才的目的,满足社会对创新型人才的紧迫需求。但是当前高校需克服传统教育理念陈旧、教师素质不足、大学生自身个性化意识缺失等问题,做好顶层设计,引导学生积极参与,提升教师素质,建立“三位一体”的学生个性化教育管理格局。
The"Internet+"era provides a unique environment for the personalized education of college students,which effectively makes up for the limitations of traditional education on the individualized education of students.It realizes the country’s goal of cultivating high-level application-oriented talents,and meets the society’s urgent need for innovative talents.However,colleges and universities need to overcome the prejudices of traditional education concepts,improve the teachers’quality and students’individual awareness,so as to make a great top-level design,guide students to actively participate,improve teachers’quality and establish a"trinity"students individualized education management pattern.
