摘要
立德树人是教育的第一要务,当前职业院校愈来愈重视将立德树人融入人才培养各个环节。“双高”计划做出专业群建设的重大制度设计,以课程为核心重构群内资源的建设模式,为课程思政的建设带来新的挑战。课程思政建设涉及专业教师的知识结构、专业课程的特有性质以及来自不同部门主体之间的协同。由于缺乏协同机制,课程思政建设实施各方主体无法有效形成合力,影响建设成效。本文通过分析课程思政的现实价值和在实施中遇到的困境,进一步为“双高”建设构建行之有效的课程思政实施主体协同育人机制策略。
Moral education is the first priority of education.Currently,vocational institutions are paying more and more attention to the integration of moral education into all aspects of education.The"double-high"plan has made a major institutional design for the construction of professional clusters,and the construction mode of reconstructing resources within the clusters with the curriculum as the core has brought new challenges to the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.Due to the lack of collaboration,all parties involved in the construction of curriculum ideology and politics are unable to form a joint force,which affects the effectiveness of curriculum construction.This paper analyzes the value and practical problems of curriculum ideology and politics,and proposes a feasible strategy of collaborative education mechanism for"double-high"construction of curriculum ideology and politics implementation subjects.
