摘要
湖南省于2010—2020年实行对单科成绩位于前万分之一的三本线以上的考生增加一次投档机会的单科优秀政策。单科优秀政策是选拔学科特长人才,提高湖南省人才选拔与培养质量,形成多元化录取机制办法的新尝试。随着湖南省新高考改革的推进,单科优秀政策于2021年暂时取消。单科优秀政策如何在新高考背景下更好发挥该有的效果,成为多元录取机制中的一个有机部分,是需要思考的问题。本文通过阐明单科优秀政策的内涵与表征,梳理政策发展历程,发掘政策实施过程中的难点,从政府、高校和考生三个层面提出在新高考背景下优化单科优秀政策实施的建议。
Hunan Province implemented the Single Subject Excellence policy from 2010 to 2020,which gives an additional slotting opportunity to candidates whose single subject scores are in the top 10,000th of the enrollment cut-off point of the third batch of universities or above.It aims to select talents excellent in a certain subject,improve the selection and cultivation of talents in Hunan,and develop a diversified mechanism for admission.As the reform of the new college entrance examination is progressing,it was canceled temporarily in 2021.It is important to consider how the Single Subject Excellence policy can play a better role in the new college entrance examination and form an integral part of the diversified admissions mechanism.By clarifying the connotation and representation of the Single Subject Excellence policy,sorting out the history of its development,and discovering the difficulties in its implementation,we propose suggestions for optimizing the implementation of the Single Subject Excellence policy in the context of the new college entrance examination from three levels:the government,universities,and students.
