摘要
翻译人才在"一带一路"建设中的作用显著。翻译专业师资队伍建设是翻译人才培养的基础。本文归纳了"一带一路"建设对我国翻译专业教师素养的需求;分析了翻译教师职业发展现状;论述了"一带一路"背景下翻译专业教师职业素养提升的路径。
Translation talents are extremely important in the Belt and Road construction.The construction of professional teachers of translation is the basis of translation talents training.This article summarizes the demand of professional teachers of translation in the Belt and Road construction,analyzes the current situation of the profession of translation teachers and proposes some approaches to improve their professional qualities under the Belt and Road Initiative.
