亲水-疏水串联膜接触器分别吸收CO_(2)与H_(2)S过程研究

摘要 沼气中的CO_(2)与H_(2)S会降低沼气的热值与加速管道腐蚀,为实现沼气的高效利用需要去除其中的CO_(2)与H_(2)S。使用膜接触器可以对沼气进行净化,提高沼气的经济价值。然而,传统的膜吸收过程无法实现CO_(2)与H_(2)S分离,被吸收的CO_(2)无法进行利用。通过将亲水陶瓷膜接触器与疏水PVDF膜接触器进行串联,2个膜接触器分别吸收H_(2)S与CO_(2)。考察了气体流量、CO_(2)与H_(2)S浓度、吸收剂浓度与流量对串联膜接触器吸收过程的影响,优化膜接触器的操作条件。在600 min的运行中,串联膜接触器的脱硫率>99%,脱碳率>98%。 CO_(2)and H_(2)S in biogas will reduce the calorific value of biogas and accelerate pipeline corrosion.To achieve efficient utilization of biogas,it’s necessary to remove CO_(2)and H_(2)S.Biogas can be purified by membrane contactor to improve its economic value.However,conventional membrane absorption processes can’t separate CO_(2)from H_(2)S.The absorbed CO_(2)cannot be utilized.By connecting a hydrophilic ceramic membrane contactor with a hydrophobic PVDF membrane contactor in series,H_(2)S and CO_(2)are absorbed respectively.The effects of gas flow rate,CO_(2)and H_(2)S content,absorbent concentration and flow rate on the absorption process of the series membrane contactor were investigated.The operating conditions of the membrane contactor were optimized.During the 600 minute operation,the H_(2)S removal efficiency of the series membrane contactor is greater than 99%and the CO_(2)removal efficiency is greater than 98%.Finally,the series membrane contactor is used to realize the separate absorption of H_(2)S and CO_(2).
