摘要
石化固废性质差异大且管控风险高,是环境和人居安全的重要威胁。本研究系统总结了石化行业固废种类、产生、处置等进展,剖析了石化行业固废再利用于多孔吸附材料的潜力。对比分析了温度、碱投量对石化固废如含油污泥、石油沥青和石油焦基吸附材料比表面积的影响趋势,并综述了重金属固定、毒性有机物热解和硫形态控制对其资源化利用的影响,总结了材料特征与表面官能团对不同污染物的吸附应用。研究成果可为处置石化固废提供参考,并为国家减污降碳战略实施提供技术材料研发理论支撑。
Petrochemical solid waste is characterized by large differences in composition and high risk of management and control,posing a greater threat to the environment and personal safety.This work summarizes the types,generation and disposal of solid wastes in the petrochemical industry,and analyzes the reuse potential of forming porous adsorbent materials.The influence of temperature and alkali input on the specific surface area of petrochemical solid waste such as oily sludge,bitumen and petroleum coke based adsorbent materials is compared and analyzed.The effects of heavy metal immobilization,toxic organic matter pyrolysis and sulfur morphology control on their resource utilization were also reviewed,the adsorption application of material characteristics and functional groups to different pollutants was summarized.This research results provide a reference for the disposal of petrochemical solid waste,and provide theoretical support for the research and development of technical materials for implementing the national pollution reduction and carbon reduction strategy.
