摘要
钢铁行业是大气污染物排放和CO_(2)排放双高行业,是国务院2030年前要求施行碳达峰行动的4大工业行业之一。河北是钢铁大省,从2002年起生铁、粗钢、钢材产量连续居全国第1。基于钢铁行业大气污染物和CO_(2)排放同根同源同过程的特征,推进钢铁行业减污降碳协同增效已成为河北省向第二个百年目标迈进的必然选择。从炼焦、烧结/球团、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢工序的大气污染物和CO_(2)排放特征入手,结合2006—2021年河北省生铁、粗钢生产情况,对2030年前河北省生铁、粗钢产量BAU情景进行分析,利用LEAP模型对2030年河北钢铁行业的降碳潜力进行模拟。发现在满足设定条件的情景下,2030年河北钢铁行业CO_(2)排放约为2020年的1/2,以工序计算,炼铁工序CO_(2)排放量占比下降幅度最大、其次是烧结/球团工序,温室气体和大气污染物协同减排效果明显。
The iron and steel industry is an industry with high emission of air pollutants and carbon dioxide.It is one of the four major industrial industries required by the State Council to implement the carbon peak action before 2030.Hebei is a big iron and steel province.Since 2002,the output of pig iron,crude steel and steel has ranked first in China.Based on the characteristics that the air pollutants and carbon dioxide emissions of the steel industry are of the same origin and the same process,it has become an inevitable choice for Hebei Province to promote the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the steel industry.Starting from the characteristics of air pollutants and carbon dioxide emissions in coking,sintering/pelletizing,iron making,steel making and steel rolling processes,combined with the production of pig iron and crude steel in Hebei Province from 2006 to 2021,this study analyzes the Bau scenario of pig iron and crude steel production in Hebei Province before 2030,and simulates the carbon reduction potential of Hebei Iron and steel industry by using leap model.It is found that under the scenario of meeting the set conditions,the CO_(2) emission of Hebei Iron and steel industry in 2030 will be about half of that in 2020.Based on the process calculation,the proportion of CO_(2) emission in the iron making process will decrease the most,followed by the sintering/pelletizing process.The synergistic emission reduction effect of greenhouse gases and air pollutants is obvious.
