摘要
通过开展白洋淀本土微生物资源调查,研究培育不同功能的微生物菌剂,建立了本土微生物引导的原位生态修复技术,并成功应用于白洋淀多个内源污染治理项目。结果表明:通过采用该技术,受污染水体主要水质指标明显改善,达到预期效果。该技术工程化应用对河道、湖泊等水生态治理具有一定的参考价值和指导意义,对保障区域生态安全也具有重要作用。
The in-situ ecological remediation technology guided by indigenous microorganisms was developed based on cultivation of various microbial agents in Baiyangdian,where investigations were conducted to study local microbial resources and their functions.The technology was successfully applied to many endogenous pollution control projects in Baiyangdian,where the main water quality indexes of polluted water bodies are significantly improved and the expected effect is achieved.The engineering application of this technology has certain reference value and guiding significance for water management in rivers and lakes,and also plays an important role in ensuring regional ecological security.
