摘要
为研究干扰气体和环境温度对家用可燃探测器计量特性的影响,通过模拟不同浓度的乙醇、乙酸气体及不同温度环境,开展家用可燃气体探测器在单一环境和耦合环境下的计量特性研究,包括示值误差和报警动作值。结果表明:单一环境下,可燃气体探测器在乙醇气体浓度超出1500×10^(-6)、乙酸气体浓度超出6000×10^(-6)时,其示值误差均超出标准范围。而高温(50℃)耦合环境下,乙醇气体浓度超出500×10^(-6)、乙酸气体浓度超出1000×10^(-6)时,其示值误差均超出标准范围,对探测器的影响比单一环境下影响更大,易出现误报和漏报的情况。通过实验对多种不同类型的探测器在多环境下受到的影响进行分析,为探测器在不同环境下选择使用提供参考。
In order to study the influence of interference gas and ambient temperature on the measurement characteristics of household combustible detectors,the measurement characteristics of household combustible gas detectors in a single environment and coupled environment are studied by simulating different concentrations of ethanol,acetic acid gas and different temperature environments,including indication error and alarm action value.The simulation results show that in a single environment,when the concentration of ethanol gas exceeds 1500 ppm and the concentration of acetic acid gas exceeds 6000 ppm,the indication error of the combustible gas detector will exceed the standard range.In the high temperature(50℃)coupling environment,when the ethanol gas concentration exceeds 500 ppm and the acetic acid gas concentration exceeds 1000 ppm,the indication error will exceed the standard range,and the impact on the detector is greater than that in a single environment,and false alarms and false alarms are prone to occur.This paper analyzes the influence of many different types of detectors in multiple environments through experiments,and provides reference for the selection and use of detectors in different environments.
