摘要
从教育的角度梳理和分析了香港修例风波这一事件的根源:通识教育教材严重误导学生、爱国爱港的学校和教师被边缘化、考试试题及其答案恶意引导学生、邪恶教协兴风作浪。为此,提出了建议特区出台《反叛国反分裂法》,惩治违法分子;对通识教材和高考试题实施审批制;加强教师队伍及其社团的管理,确保正能量;唱响主旋律,弘扬爱国爱港榜样等。积极探索"一国两制"香港地区教育方案,使香港地区更加稳定、繁荣、富强。
From the perspective of education,this paper,based on the analysis,finds thatthe issue of amendments to extradition law in Hong Kong is rooted in the following factors:students being misled by poorly edited textbooks for general education,patriotic schools and teachers being marginalized,examination questions and thecorresponding answers misdirecting students,and evil education associations aggravating the complicated situation,etc.To fight against the unfavorable situation,the article here proposes some suggestions:Hong Kong Special Administrative Region should issue the Anti-Secession Law to fight back against the lawbreakers.Meanwhile,the control and supervision of textbooks and examination papers are to be strengthened,the administration of teaching staff and associations enhanced to safeguard positive environment,the publicizing of patriotism and love for Hong Kong carried forward,and teaching programs for Hong Kong of"one country two systems"formula explored actively.Hopefully,all the countermeasures help to promote Hong Kong’s stability,prosperity and rapid development.
