哈尔滨市大气PM2.5对学龄儿童肺功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的初步探讨哈尔滨市大气PM2.5浓度对学龄儿童肺功能指数的影响。方法于2017年7月(非采暖期)和12月(采暖期)采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取哈尔滨市轻污染区和重污染区各1所小学(A校和B校)共304名小学生进行肺功能检查,采用多重线性回归分析该市大气PM2.5浓度与学龄儿童肺功能指数的相关性。结果与非采暖期相比,采暖期2所学校小学生肺功能指数用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力呼出25%肺活量的呼气流速(FEF25%)、用力呼出75%肺活量的呼气流速(FEF75%)均下降;与A校学生相比,采暖期B校学生肺功能指数FEF75%和FEF25%分别降低13.51%和10.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在控制了年龄、性别、身高、体重等影响因素后,采暖期PM2.5浓度与该地区小学生肺功能指数FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEF75%和FEF25%均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论哈尔滨市大气PM2.5浓度对学龄儿童肺功能指数的降低有影响,应采取相应措施保护学龄儿童呼吸系统健康。 Objective To understand the effects of ambient PM2.5 pollution on lung function in schoolchildren in Harbin,Heilongjiang province.Methods A total of 304 schoolchildren were chosen from two schools(in light air pollution area and heavy air pollution area)in Harbin by random cluster sampling and the lung function indexes were measured in July(nonheating season)and December(heating season)2017.Multiple linear regression was used to determine the associations between the ambient PM2.5 exposure and lung function parameters.Results During the heating season,the schoolchildren had lower pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV1,FEF25%,FEF75%)compared with those in the non-heating season;Compared with schoolchildren in School A,FEF75%and FEF25%significantly decreased by 13.51%and 10.59%respectively in School B schoolchildren during heating season(P<0.05).Ambient PM2.5 pollution was associated with lung function indexes after adjusting the potential confounding factors such as age,sex,height and weight.Conclusion Ambient PM2.5 pollution may be correlated with the decreased lung function indexes in Harbin and it is necessary to carry out effective measures for preventing the adverse effect of air PM2.5 pollution on schoolchildren respiratory system.
