摘要
目的掌握郴州市苏仙区燃煤污染型氟中毒流行现状。方法于2019年7—9月,抽取栖凤渡镇、五里牌乡、太平乡3个乡镇1 140户,对病区燃煤方式、食物干燥与保存方式及8~12岁儿童氟斑牙情况进行调查。结果共调查1 534名儿童,氟斑牙患病率为4.24%,氟斑牙流行均为阴性(指数<0.4)。不同乡镇8~12岁儿童患病率依次为栖凤渡镇(3.44%)<五里牌乡(5.24%)<太平乡(6.47%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。12岁年龄组儿童氟斑牙指数最高(0.126)。高氟煤非主要燃料,主食为大米,99%的调查户采取正确方式干燥和保存辣椒和茶叶。结论苏仙区燃煤污染型氟中毒已达到消除标准,还需持续推广清洁能源的使用,加强健康教育。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of coal-burning endemic fluorosis in Suxian district of Chenzhou. Methods From July to September,2019,1 140 households in Qifengdu,Wulipai and Taiping township were selected to investigate the methods of coal burning,food drying and preservation and dental fluorosis in children aged 8-12 years. Results A total of1 534 children were surveyed. The prevalence of dental fluorosis was 4.24% and the dental fluorosis epidmic was negative(index <0.4).The prevalence of dental fluorosis among children aged 8-12 years ranked as Qifengdu(3.44%) < Wulipai(5.24%) < Taiping(6.47%) with statistically significant difference(P=0.013). The highest dental fluorosis index was found in children aged 12 years(0.126). High fluorinated coal was not the main fuel,the staple food was rice,99% of the households surveyed adopt the correct way to dry and preserve pepper and tea. Conclusion In Suxian district,coal-burning endemic fluorosis has reached the elimination standard,and the use of clean energy should be promoted continuously and health education should be strengthened.
