摘要
采用ABAQUS建立了有限元分析模型,对比分析了平铆模和锥形铆模两种铆接方式下铆钉的成形质量。结果表明,采用针锥形铆模铆接后,钉杆的干涉量增大,提高了结构件的连接可靠性,同时减少了剪切带的产生。
The finite element analysis model is established by ABAQUS.The forming quality of rivets in flat riveting mode and conical riveting mode is compared and analyzed.The results show that the interference of the nail rod increases with the taper riveting die,the connection reliability of the structure is improved and the generation of shear band is reduced.
