摘要
猪细菌性疾病是由各种细菌感染引起的疾病,在世界养猪场中普遍存在,给养猪业带来巨大的经济损失,严重威胁着养猪业的发展。本研究目的是通过分析2016~2018年收集的来自于中国15个不同省份的14610份样本来探索多种细菌病原体的流行情况。对样本采集的地理分布、组织来源分析发现湖南省的细菌分离率最高,肺脏组织样本中细菌病原体率高于其他组织。病原分离情况分析表明,单一病原体感染的比例约为66.53%,主要细菌病原体包括猪链球菌(Ss)、大肠杆菌(E.coli)、副猪嗜血杆菌(Hps)、葡萄球菌(S.hyicus)、多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)、支气管败血杆菌(Bb)、胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(App)、猪红斑丹毒丝菌(Er)和沙门氏菌(Salm),分离率分别为21.32%、13.45%、13.42%、6.23%、3.47%、2.85%、2.07%、2.02%和1.70%。多种病原体混合感染的比例为33.47%,且存在46种混合感染组合,其中两种病原混合感染比例最高,如Ss与E.coli,Ss与Hps、Hps与E.coli。其中Ss、Hps和E.coli与其他病原体的分离率分别为26.45%、9.76%,20.36%。表明这三种病原体相互感染的现象最为常见。对9大病原在不同年份及不同月份的流行率分析发现,在2016~2018年App、Bb、Hps、Pm、Ss、Er和Salm的流行趋势呈上升趋势,但E.coli和S.hycius的流行率在2016~2018年呈下降趋势。Ss和E.coli具有季节性流行特征,在夏季(5~8月)流行率较高,而Hps在冬季(12月~第二年2月)流行率较高。综上所述,该研究从年份和季节层面提供了9大病原体流行率和多种病原体混合感染的情况,有助于监测、预防和控制中国养猪场的细菌性疾病。
Porcine bacterial disease is a type of disease that caused by various bacterial infections and is widespread in the world’s pig farms.It causes huge economic losses every year and seriously threatens the development of the pig industry.In this study,the aim is to explore the prevalence of multiple bacterial pathogens through analysis of 14610 samples collected from 2016 to 2018 that distributed in 15 different provinces in China.Based on the geographical distribution,tissue source and bacterial isolation rate of the sample collection information,it showed that Hunan Province had the highest bacterial isolation rate and samples from lung tissues have higher rate of bacteria pathogens compared to other tissue.The results showed that the proportion of single pathogen infection is about 66.53%and mainly bacterial pathogens include Streptococcus suis(Ss),Escherichia coli(E.coli),Haemophilus parasuis(Hps),Staphylococcus hyicus(S.hyicus),Pasteurella multocida(Pm),Brodetella bronchiseptica(Bb),Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(App),Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae(Er),Salmonella(Salm).The average isolation rates of Ss,E.coli,Hps,S.hyicus,Pm,Bb,App,Er,Salm were 21.32%,13.45%,13.42%,6.23%,3.47%,2.85%,2.07%,2.02%and 1.70%,respectively.Through the results of pathogens combination analysis,multiple pathogens combinations contained about 33.47%of isolated bacterial and 46 outcome combinations were observed and two pathogens co-infection has the largest proportion,such as co-infection of Ss with E.coli,Ss with Hps and Hps with E.coli.The isolated rates of Ss,Hps and E.coli infected with other pathogens were 26.45%、9.76%,20.36%,respectively.It’s indicated the phenomenon of mutual infection among three pathogens is the most common.The prevalence trends of App,Bb,Hps,Pm,Ss,Salm and Er showed an increasing trend from 2016 to2018,but the prevalence of E.coli and S.hycius was declined from 2016 to 2018.Ss and E.coli have a higher prevalence rate in summer,especially from May to August,while Hps has a higher prevalence rate in winter,such as December to February.In summary,the study provides the prevalence of 9 major pathogens and the mixed infection of multiple pathogens from the year and season level,which helps us to monitor,prevent and control bacterial diseases in pig farms in China.
