摘要
自1996年数字经济概念的提出,到2016年9月G20峰会发布《G20数字经济发展与合作倡议》,以及十九大报告指出要加快发展数字经济,数字经济已然成为经济发展的新机遇所在。以肇庆市为例,分析其数字经济发展现状,针对肇庆市数字经济发展中数字经济基础设施、数字经济技术创新科研水平、数字经济产业结构、传统商业模式四个方面存在的不足,提出强化数字经济基础设施建设、提升数字经济技术创新科研水平、完善数字经济产业结构、加快传统商业模式转型四个对策,以期为肇庆市数字经济发展提供助力,为其他学者研究数字经济发展提供借鉴。
Since the concept of the digital economy was proposed in 1996, the G20 Digital Economy Development and Cooperation Initiative was released at the G20 Summit in September 2016, and the report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that to accelerate the development of the digital economy, the digital economy has become a new opportunity for economic development.Taking Zhaoqing City as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of its digital economy development, and finds that the digital economy development of Zhaoqing City has four problems: weak digital economy infrastructure, low level of digital economy technological innovation and scientific research, imperfect digital economy industrial structure, and slow transformation of traditional business models. question.At the same time, in response to the existing problems, four countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the construction of digital economy infrastructure, improve the level of digital economy technological innovation and scientific research, improve the industrial structure of the digital economy, and accelerate the transformation of traditional business models, in order to provide assistance for the development of Zhaoqing’s digital economy and other Scholars study the development of digital economy to provide theoretical reference.
