摘要
总结5例体外膜肺氧合治疗完全型大动脉转位术后低心排血量综合征患儿的护理经验。护理要点:密切监测血压和左心功能以维持循环稳定,加强出凝血、镇静镇痛及液体管理,做好感染的防控,防止并发症发生。本组患儿采用体外膜肺氧合治疗85~300 h,均好转出院,随访2个月至2年,生长发育良好。
To summarize the nursing experience of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for 5 children with low cardiac output syndrome after complete transposition of great arteries.Key points of care included close monitor of blood pressure and left cardiac function to maintain stable circulation;enhanced management of blood clotting,sedation,analgesia and fluids;prevention and control of infections and prevention of complications.The children in this group were treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for 85~300 h,and all of them were improved and discharged.The follow-up period of 2 months to 2 years showed their good growth and development.
