摘要
近年来,因为生活节奏的加快和压力的增加,加之饮食作息等习惯导致尿频发病率逐年升高,其中单纯性尿频发病率升高尤为明显,且趋向于年轻化。中医药在治疗该病上往往疗效佳,副作用相对小。本文选取黑龙江省中医医院门诊部收治的肾阳虚型单纯性尿频22例为研究对象,予以金匮肾气丸合五苓散加减治疗,并进行自身对照,连续治疗2个疗程后判定疗效,结果显示治疗组痊愈2例,显效17例,好转2例,无效1例,有效率为95.45%,治疗前后中医证候总积分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组中医证候总积分与治疗前相比下降明显,总体说明金匮肾气丸合五苓散加减能有效改善肾阳虚型单纯性尿频患者的症状,也为临床治疗该病提供了新思路。
In recent years,because of the accelerated pace of life and the increase in pressure,coupled with diet and rest and other habits lead to urinary frequency incidence increases year by year,in which the incidence of simple urinary frequency increased particularly obvious,and tends to be younger.Traditional Chinese medicine is often effective in treating this disease,and the side effects are relatively small.In this paper,22 cases of simple urinary frequency of kidney yang deficiency type admitted to the outpatient department of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object,and they were treated with Jin Gui Ren Qi Wan and Wu Ling San plus and minus,and their own control,and the efficacy of the treatment was determined after 2 consecutive courses of treatment,and the results showed that the treatment group was cured in 2 cases,showed obvious effect in 17 cases,got better in 2 cases,and was ineffective in 1 case with an efficacy rate of 95.45%,Comparison of the total points of Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the total points of Chinese medicine symptoms in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment.Overall,it indicates that the addition of Jin Gui Ren Qi Wan combined with Wu Ling San can effectively deficiency type,and it also provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of this disease.
