摘要
目的:研究肝郁肾虚型更年期失眠患者通过温针灸配合药罐治疗的临床效果。方法:选取156例肝郁肾虚型更年期失眠患者为研究对象,均来自2022年1月—2024年1月收治的门诊患者随机分3组。采用温针灸联合药物罐疗法治疗肝郁肾虚型更年期失眠52例,并与普通针刺对照组,艾灸对照组比较,3组均以1个月为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)的分值治疗前后对比,改良Kupperman指数治疗前后比较,均显示温针灸配合药罐治疗组、针刺对照组和艾灸对照组得分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后3组临床疗效的对比。药物罐疗法组、普通针刺组和艾灸组的平均疗效指数分别为96.15%、92.30%、84.61%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合药罐治疗肝郁肾虚型更年期失眠效果更佳,明显改善睡眠时间和睡眠质量,不良反应少,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with medicine cupping on climacteric insomnia patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency.Method:156 patients with menopausal insomnia of liver depression and kidney deficiency type were selected as the research subjects,all of whom were outpatient patients admitted from January 2022 to January 2024 and randomly divided into three groups.52 cases of climacteric insomnia of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drug cupping.Results:The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after treatment and the modified Kupperman Index before and after treatment showed that the scores of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with medicine jar treatment group,acupuncture control group and moxibustion control group were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy between three groups before and after treatment.The average efficacy indices of the medication cupping therapy group,ordinary acupuncture group,and moxibustion group were 96.15%,92.30%,and 84.61%,respectively,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with medicine cupping has better effect on climacteric insomnia of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type,significantly improving sleep time and sleep quality,with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
