湖南省博物馆藏《戴熙画陈恪勤手植槐图》记录了一场跨越数百年回顾式的题咏赞叙,湖湘学人通过举行生日崇祀这种文人社群活动,将湖湘名臣陈鹏年经世为学、论道至用、仁惠廉毅的精神传播于后世,使湖湘学子们从中获取砥砺人生的正能量。
Scholar Tree Planted by Chen Keqin painted by Dai Xi and collected by the Hunan Museum records people writing retrospective inscriptions and eulogies for hundreds of years.By holding such literati community activities as birthday worship,scholars in Hunan spread the spirit of Chen Pengnian,a famous official of Hunan,to the later generations,which is to learn from the world,to talk about the Dao in a practical way,and to be kind,beneficial,honest and fortitude,so that young scholars of Hunan can obtain positive energy for life.
