摘要
目的了解郑州市哺乳期妇女及其婴幼儿的碘营养状态,探讨两者之间的关系,为科学补碘提供依据。方法在郑州市11个县(市)区各开展30对哺乳期妇女及其婴幼儿的配对调查,共计330对,采集母亲和婴幼儿的尿样,并通过填写调查问卷了解母亲和孩子的基本情况。结果哺乳期妇女和0~2岁婴幼儿尿碘中位数分别为189.5μg/L、244.0μg/L,婴幼儿尿碘水平与其母亲是否缺碘有统计学关联(OR=3.11)。结论哺乳期妇女和0~2岁婴幼儿碘营养水平处于适宜范围。母亲需保证充足的碘营养才能保证婴幼儿的碘摄入。
Objective To learn the iodine nutritional status of breast-feeding women and their infants in Zhengzhou,and to explore the relationship between them,so as to provide evidence for scientific iodine supplement.Methods A total of 330 matched pairs of lactating women and their infants were surveyed in 11 counties(cities)of Zhengzhou.Urine samples were collected from mothers and infants,and questionnaires were completed to understand the basic situation of mothers and infants.Results The median urinary iodine levels of lactating women and 0~2-year-old infants were 189.5μg/L and 244.0μg/L,respectively.There was a statistically-significant correlation between urinary iodine levels of infants and their mothers’iodine deficiency(OR=3.11).Conclusions The iodine nutrition level of lactating women and 0~2-year-old infants was in the appropriate range.Mothers need to ensure adequate iodine nutrition in order to ensure iodine intake for infants and young children.
