摘要
目的分析广州市花都区住院新生儿病因及死亡病因,为防治新生儿疾病提供依据。方法收集2016-2018年花都区妇幼保健院住院新生儿9129例,分别对新生儿住院病因,不同性别、不同年龄新生儿发病病因及死亡病因进行分析。结果本地区新生儿病因以新生儿黄疸、早产儿、新生儿肺炎为主要病因,占80.73%。早期新生儿以新生儿黄疸、早产儿、新生儿肺炎排在前3位,占79.68%;晚期新生儿以新生儿黄疸、新生儿肺炎、新生儿胃肠功能紊乱排在前3位,占89.37%。男、女性住院患儿病因新生儿ABO溶血性病、足月小样儿、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征病因进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本地区新生儿死亡率为0.24%,新生儿窒息为新生儿死亡的主要原因。结论本地区新生儿住院病因以新生儿黄疸、早产儿、新生儿肺炎为主,针对病因制定相应措施,加强产前宣教,对降低新生儿发病率及死亡率具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the etiology and cause of death in hospitalized neonates in Huadu District,and provide evidence for prevention and treatment of neonatal diseases.Methods A total of 9129 neonates were enrolled in Huadu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2016 to 2018.The causes of neonatal hospitalization,the etiology of the newborns of different genders and ages,and the causes of death were analyzed.Results The cause of neonatal diseases in Huadu was neonatal jaundice,premature infants and neonatal pneumonia,accounting for 80.73%.Neonatal jaundice,premature infants,and neonatal pneumonia were ranked in the top 3 in early neonates,accounting for 79.68%;in late neonates,neonatal jaundice,neonatal pneumonia,and neonatal gastrointestinal disorders were ranked in the top 3,accounting for 89.37.%.There were significant differences in the etiology of ABO hemolytic disease,small for date infant,and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in male and female hospitalized neonates(P<0.05).Neonatal mortality in Huadu was 0.241%,and neonatal asphyxia was the leading cause of neonatal death.Conclusion The neonatal hospitalization in Huadu is mainly based on neonatal jaundice,premature infants,neonatal pneumonia.It is important to develop corresponding measures for the cause and strengthen prenatal education,which is effective in reducing neonatal morbidity and mortality.
