摘要
目的分析2020年河南省疑似急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)监测病例中实验室确诊感染脊髓灰质炎病毒(PV)的病毒型别,为维持"无脊灰野病毒(WPV)状态"制定科学的防控策略提供理论依据。方法按照《全国急性迟缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测方案》的要求,对AFP标本进行病毒分离及序列核苷酸变异鉴定分析。结果共检测498例疑似AFP病例,其中3例(0.60%)分离出6株PV,其中Ⅰ型PV 2株,与脊灰疫苗株(Sabin株)相比,核苷酸VP1区发生变异的数量均为1;Ⅰ+Ⅲ型PV 4株,最大变异数分别为2、2、3和3。8例(1.61%)病例分离出非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV),其中5例发生在11-12月份。结论2020年河南省分离出的PV均为Sabin相似株,毒株型别以Ⅰ+Ⅲ型为主,VP1区核苷酸序列以低变异为主,未发现WPV、疫苗衍生脊灰病毒及疫苗高变异脊灰病毒。PV及NPEV感染均以下半年为主。
Objective To provide the theoretical basis,develop scientific strategies for the polio-prevention and control and maintain the"polio free"status,we analyzed and identified the poliovirus isolated from acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)surveillance cases in 2020 in Henan province.Methods Poliovirus isolation and sequence identification and analysis of poliovirus isolates were performed from AFP cases in 2020 according to the National Acute Delay Paralysis(AFP)Case Surveillance Program.Result A total of 498 suspected AFP cases were detected,and from 3 cases(0.60%)of them,6 polioviruses were isolated.The number of typeⅠwas 2,of which the number of nucleotide mutation that occurred in VP1 region was 1 compared with Sabin strain poliovirus.The number of typeⅠ+Ⅲwas 4,of which the number of nucleotide mutation was 2,2,3,and 3,respectively.Non-polio enterovirus(NPEV)was isolated from 8 AFP cases(1.61%),most of which were isolated during November to December(5).Conclusion All polio isolates were vaccine-associated strain in Henan province in 2020,most of which were typeⅠ+Ⅲ.and the nucleotide sequences in the VP1 region were dominated by low variation,having no detection of vaccine high variation poliovirus(VHPV),vaccine-derived poliovirus(VDPV)and wild type poliovirus(WPV).The peak of PV and NPEV infection was in the second half of the year.
