摘要
目的了解河南省15~69岁人群病毒性肝炎相关知识的知晓情况,为针对性的宣传提供参考。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取河南省8个监测点15~69岁常住人口进行问卷调查,了解病毒性肝炎相关知识知晓情况。结果共调查3677人,总体知晓率为56.9%。"与他人共用注射器会感染丙肝病毒吗"知晓率最高,为64.4%,"戊肝病毒可以经消化道传播吗?"知晓率最低,为33.0%。中原区知晓率最高(84.8%),睢县知晓率最低(20.1%)(P<0.001)。文化程度越高,知晓率越高(P<0.001);30~39岁年龄段知晓率(74.3%)高于其他年龄组(P<0.001);医护人员的知晓率(98.0%)高于其他职业人群(P<0.001);城市地区知晓率(77.4%)高于农村地区(47.8%)(P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,地区(城市和农村)、年龄、职业、文化程度与调查对象的知晓率有关。结论河南省15~69岁人群病毒性肝炎知晓率不高,应进一步加强病毒性肝炎防治知识的宣传,尤其是要加强农村地区的防治宣传。
Objective To assess the knowledge of viral hepatitis among people aged 15-69 in Henan province and to provide references for publicity of disease prevention and control.Methods We used multi-stage sampling method to select 15-69-year-old permanent residents in Henan province for a questionnaire-based survey.Results A total of 3677 respondents were investigated,and the overall rate of awareness of knowledge about viral hepatitis was 56.9%.64.4%of all respondents knew that sharing a syringe with others could be infected with hepatitis C virus,which was the highest awareness rate of all knowledge items.33.0%of all respondents knew that the hepatitis E virus could transmit through the digestive,which was the lowest rate.Zhongyuan district(84.8%)and Sui county(20.1%)were the areas with the highest and lowest awareness rates respectively.As the level of education increased,so did the awareness rate(P<0.001).The awareness rate of the 30-39 age group(74.3%)was higher than that of other age groups(P<0.001).The awareness rate of medical staff(98.0%)was higher than that of other occupational groups(P<0.001).The awareness rate in urban areas(77.4%)was higher than that in rural areas(P<0.001).Conclusion The awareness rate of viral hepatitis among 15-69-year-old permanent residents in 8 areas of Henan province was not high enough,we should strengthen the publicity of knowledge about the prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis,especially in rural areas.
