摘要
目的了解河南省中牟县重点职业病危害监测工作开展情况,为制定职业病防治策略和措施提供依据。方法收集2016-2019年中牟县重点职业病危害因素检测资料和重点职业病健康检查资料进行汇总和分析。结果中牟县辖区内存在重点职业病危害因素企业,以噪声职业危害所占比例最高,其次为苯危害;重点职业病危害因素检测结果超标率以噪声岗位超标率最高,其次为苯作业岗位。1424份个案数据中接触噪声人数最多,为720人(50.56%),接触苯人数598人(42.00%),同时接触苯和噪声人数106人(7.44%);重点职业病职业健康检查异常人员复查率较低,2016-2019年发现噪声和苯重点职业病职业禁忌症人数分别为4人(1.01%)、3人(0.63%)、3人(0.91%)和0人(0.00%);血常规检查异常率分别占每年检查总人数的22.49%、17.05%、14.62%和20.00%;双耳高频平均听阈≥40 d B分别占每年检查总人数的15.57%、9.80%、12.41%、25.89%。结论中牟县辖区内重点职业病危害因素以噪声和苯为主,应重点加强对噪声和苯的防控,加强培训,调整生产工艺,定期检测,做好个人防护和体检,防治职业病危害。
Objective To understand the development of key occupational hazards surveillance in Zhongmu county,and provide evidence for formulating strategies and measures for occupational disease prevention.Methods The data of key occupational hazards detection and key occupational disease health examination data in Zhongmu county from 2016-2019 were collected.The results of 2016-2019 years’surveillance of key occupational hazards were collected and analyzed by Excel PivotTable function and SPSS 17 statistical software.Results From 2016-2019,the proportion of enterprises with noise occupational hazards was highest,followed by the enterprises with benzene hazard.The over standard rate of key occupational hazards was highest in noise posts,followed by benzene posts.In the 1424 cases,the number of people exposed to noise was 720(50.56%),which was largest,and there were 598 people exposed to benzene(42.00%),and 106 people(7.44%)exposed to benzene and noise at the same time.,the occupational health examination for key occupational diseases in Zhongmu county had a low rate of review.From 2016-2019,the numbers of occupational contraindications in noise and benzene were 4(1.01%),3(0.63%),3(0.91%)and 0(0%),respectively;the abnormal rates of blood routine examination accounted for 22.49%,17.05%,14.62% and 20.00% of the yearly examinations,respectively;the high frequency hearing threshold of two ears which was higher than 40 d B accounted for 15.57%,9.80%,12.41%,25.89%,respectively.Conclusion Noise and benzene are the main occupational hazards in Zhongmu county.Zhongmu county should focus on noise and benzene prevention and control,strengthen knowledge training,adjust production processes,conduct regular testing,do personal protection and physical examination,and prevent occupational hazards.
