瞬感血糖仪与胰岛素泵对新诊断2型糖尿病患者血管功能、胰岛β细胞分泌功能的影响 被引量:21

Effect of Instantaneous Glucose Meter and Insulin Pump on Vascular Function and Secretion Function of Pancreatic Islet β Cells in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:研究瞬感血糖仪与胰岛素泵对新诊断2型糖尿病患者血管功能、胰岛β细胞分泌功能的影响。方法:选择2017年3月~2018年2月本院87例新诊断2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,44例进行胰岛素皮下注射的设为对照组,43例采取瞬感血糖仪与胰岛素泵联合治疗的设为观察组。比较两组的生化指标、血管内皮功能、胰岛β细胞分泌功能。结果:对照组空腹血糖、餐后1h血糖、餐后2h血糖显著高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义;两组TG、TC比较,差异无统计学意义。对照组EET阳性率显著高于观察组,FMD显著低于观察组,差异均统计学意义。观察组ΔC30ΔG30、Homa-β显著高于对照组,对照组Homa-IR显著高于观察组,差异均统计学意义。结论:新诊断2型糖尿病患者采取瞬感血糖仪与胰岛素泵治疗,能够显著提高血糖控制水平,改善血管功能与胰岛β细胞分泌功能,值得临床广泛运用。 Objective To investigate the effect of instantaneous glucose meter and insulin pump on vascular function and secretion function of pancreatic isletβcells in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 87 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected.44 patients in the control group received subcutaneous insulin injection,while 43 patients in the observation group were treated with an instantaneous blood glucose meter and an insulin pump.The biochemical markers,vascular endothelial function,and isletβcell secretion were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,1h postprandial blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group.No significant difference was found in TG and TC between the two groups.The control group had higher positive rate of EET and lower FMD than those in the observation group.TheΔC30ΔG30 and Homa-βof the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the Homa-IR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of instantaneous glucose meter and insulin pump can significantly improve blood glucose control,ameliorate the blood vessel function and pancreaticβ-cell secretion for patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,and is worthy of recommendation.
