摘要
目的:探讨安罗替尼对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的免疫功能影响。方法:选取本院收治的62例晚期NSCLC患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组32例,对照组30例,治疗组采用安罗替尼和支持治疗,对照组采用支持治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者血清T淋巴细胞、Th1,Th2型细胞因子水平和QOL评分变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞较治疗前明显升高,且明显高于对照组,CD8+则明显较治疗前减低,明显低于对照组。治疗组Th1型细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2水平较治疗前明显升高,明显高于对照组,Th2型细胞因子IL-4、IL-10水平较治疗前明显下降,明显低于对照组,治疗组QOL得分明显高于对照组。结论:安罗替尼治疗有效改善肺癌患者免疫抑制状态,提高晚期NSCLC患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of anlotinib on the immune function of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty-two patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to our hospital were selected in this study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.After treatment,the serum levels of T lymphocytes,Th1,Th2 cytokine and QOL scores were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and NK cells in the treatment group were significantly higher than before the treatment,and were significantly higher than those in the control group.The level of CD8+was significantly lower than before the treatment,and were significantly lower than those in the control group.The levels of Th1 cytokines including IFN-γand IL-2 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of Th2 cytokines including IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly lower than before treatment,and were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the QOL score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Anlotinib can effectively improve the immunosuppressive status of patients with lung cancer and the quality of life of patients with advanced NSCLC.
