摘要
目的:探讨四川省成都地区支气管哮喘儿童的过敏原情况,为本地区儿童预防支气管哮喘提供参考。方法:共收集本院2017年6月~2018年6月期间门诊及住院部收治200例哮喘患儿,4个月~12岁。采用酶联免疫法检测患者血清中15项人血清特异性IgE和总IgE,分析过敏原情况。结果:200例受检哮喘患儿检测过敏原阳性率88.50%(177/200),其中吸入性过敏原阳性率80.50%(161/200),以屋尘螨/粉尘螨多见。食源性过敏原阳性率为74.50%(149/200),以鸡蛋白、牛奶多见。不同性别哮喘患儿过敏原阳性情况无明显差异;儿童组(>3岁~12岁)吸入性过敏原阳性率明显高于食源性过敏原,婴幼儿组(4个月~3岁)食源性过敏原阳性率显著高于儿童组。结论:四川省成都地区哮喘儿童发病和过敏原密切相关,以屋尘螨/粉尘螨、鸡蛋白、牛奶等较为多见,且不同年龄患儿过敏原结构存在差异,可根据过敏原分布特点指导本地区小儿哮喘防治工作。
Objective To explore the allergens of children with bronchial asthma in Chengdu,Sichuan Province,and to provide reference for children’s prevention of bronchial asthma in this area.Methods A total of 200 children with asthma,aged from 4 months to 12 years,were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect 15 human serum specific IgE and total IgE,and to analyze the allergens.Results The positive rate of allergens in 200 children with asthma was 88.50%(177/200).The positive rate of inhalation allergens was 80.50%(161/200).House dust mite/dust mite was the most common allergen.The positive rate of foodborne allergens was 74.50%(149/200),especially in chicken protein and milk.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of allergens between different sexes;the positive rate of inhalation allergens in children group(>3~12 years old)was significantly higher than that of food-borne allergens,and the positive rate of foodborne allergens in infants group(4 months^3 years old)was significantly higher than that in children group.Conclusion The incidence of asthma in children in Chengdu area of Sichuan Province is closely related to allergens.Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/Dermatophagoides farinae,chicken protein and milk are more common.There are differences in allergen structure among children of different ages,which can guide the prevention and treatment of asthma in children in this area according to the distribution characteristics of allergens.
