可视镜外环锯技术在椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用 被引量:3

Application of external circular saw technique in intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

摘要 目的:观察可视镜外环锯技术在经皮椎间孔镜手术中应用的取得的效果。方法:随机将40例椎间盘突出症患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组将可视镜外环锯技术应用于经皮椎间孔镜手术,对照组采用常规经皮椎间孔镜手术。比较两组手术总时间、椎间孔成形时间、术中摄片次数、术后疗效。结果:观察组中手术总时间、椎间孔成形时间、及术中摄片次数均显著少于对照组。两组术后VAS及ODI评分差异无统计学意义。两组均未出现硬膜囊破裂导致的根性损伤。结论:可视镜外环锯技术在椎间孔镜手术中应用能够明显缩短手术总时间、减少椎间孔成形时间及术中X线摄片次数,从而提高手术效率。 Objective To observe the effect of external ring saw technique in percutaneous intervertebral foramen surgery.Methods 40 patients with disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,the external circumferential circular saw technique was applied to percutaneous intervertebral foramen surgery,while in the control group,routine percutaneous intervertebral foramen surgery was performed.The total operation time,foraminal foramen forming time,intraoperative film frequency and postoperative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total operation time,foraminal foramen forming time and intraoperative film taking times in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group.Postoperative VAS and ODI scores showed no significant difference between the two groups.There was no root injury caused by rupture of dural sac in both groups.Conclusion The application of external circumferential ring saw technique in foraminal foramen operation can shorten the total operation time,reduce the foraminal forming time and the number of X-ray pictures during operation,and thus improve the operation efficiency.
