玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜光凝对糖尿病黄斑囊样水肿治疗效果 被引量:5

Intravitreal ranibizμmab combined laser photocoagulation treatment on diabetic macular edema

摘要 目的:观察玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑囊样水肿的疗效。方法:将确诊为糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)58例58眼随机分为2组:第1组(30眼)为玻璃体腔注药联合光凝治疗组(简称联合治疗组),第2组(28眼)为单纯激光光凝治疗组(简称单纯光凝组),联合组先行雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射,1周后行黄斑区格栅样光凝,单纯组行标准的黄斑区格栅样光凝。观察6个月随访期内2组病人的最佳矫正视力,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度变化。结果:治疗6mo后两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均提高,联合治疗组优于单纯光凝组,OCT显示联合治疗组黄斑中心凹厚度平均降低386.6±195.5μm,单纯光凝组黄斑中心凹厚度平均降低234.2±113.4μm,联合治疗组优于单纯光凝组。结论:玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜光凝治疗DME安全有效。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intravitreal ranibizμmab of combined with grid laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods Totally 58 eyes(58 patients)with diffuse diabetic macular edema(DDME)were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group1(30 eyes)received intravitreal ranibizμmab of combined with grid laser photocoagulation(GLP),Group2(28 eyes)received grid photocoagulation treatment alone.During the 6 months of follow–up,Observation was made on the changes of the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central macular thickness(CMT)measured by optical coherence tomography(OCT).Results After 6 months follow-up,the patients’BCVA in two groups were both improved with the combined treatment group better than the simple GLP group.OCT display that CMT of group 1 decreased by an average of 386.6±195.5μm,CMT of group 2 decreased by an average of 234.2±113.4μm with the combined treatment group better than the simple GLP group.Conclusion Intravitreal ranibizμmab of combined with grid laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema is effective and safe.
