摘要
目的:探讨2D-STI技术评估DN患者颈动脉弹性的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月我院收治的90例DN患者设置为DN组(90例),另选取我院同期收治的单纯性2型DM患者设置为DM组(53例),48例健康体检者设置为健康组(48例)。采用彩色多普勒超声2D-STI技术对受检者颈动脉弹性进行评估。结果:DN组与DM组受检者的SBP、DBP高于健康组;DN组的颈动脉EDV、RI速度及升主动脉Vs-前/后壁、Vd-前/后壁速度慢于DM组与健康组,RI数值小于DM组与健康组;DN组的CAS水平低于DM组与健康组,IMT、β值、Ds、Dd水平高于DM组与健康组;β值与RI、IMT、Ds、Dd成正相关,与CAS、EDV、PSV成负相关,有统计学意义。结论:采用2D-STI技术能准确评估DN患者颈动脉弹性降低。
Objective To explore the clinical value of 2D-STI in evaluating carotid elasticity in patients with DN.Methods 90 patients with DN treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as DN group(90 cases),the patients with simple type 2 DM treated in our hospital in the same period were selected as DM group(53 cases),and 48 healthy people were selected as healthy group(48 cases).The carotid elasticity was evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound 2D-STI.Results The SBP and DBP were higher than that of healthy group;The velocities of carotid EDV,RI and ascending aorta Vs anterior/posterior wall and Vd anterior/posterior wall in DN group were slower than those in DM group and healthy group,and the value of RI was lower than that in DM group and healthy group;the CAS level in DN group was lower than that in DM group and healthy group,IMT β The levels of,DS and DD in DM group and healthy group were higher than those in DM group;βThe value was positively correlated with RI,IMT,DS,DD,and negatively correlated with CAS,EDV,PSV.Conclusion 2D-STI can accurately evaluate the decrease of carotid elasticity in patients with DN.
