摘要
针对苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中结合苯乙烯含量标准物质的研制,均匀性研究及检验是非常重要的环节之一,样品的均匀也是标准物质研制的前提条件。本文按照标准物质均匀性检验的相关要求,对苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中结合苯乙烯含量标准物质进行了均匀性研究和检验,并采用方差分析法进行检验结果的统计,通过统计其F值为1.92,小于临界值F_((0.05,14,30))=2.04,表明研制的标准物质均匀。因此,研制的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶中结合苯乙烯含量标准物质满足标准物质均匀性的要求。
The study and test of homogeneity is important part in the development of the reference material of bound styrene content in the styrene-butadiene rubber,uniformity of samples is a prerequisite for the development of standard substances.In this article,the homogeneity was studied and tested by the standard material uniformity test requirements,and statistical testing was carried out using analysis of variance method.The calculated value of F was 1.92,which was less than the critical value F_((0.05,14,30))of 2.04,it is indicated that the standard substance was uniform.Therefore the developed bound styrene reference material met the requirements of the uniformity of the reference material.
