摘要
地下管线是城市生存和发展的生命线,城市管理、规划、设计、建设以及应急管理等都需要准确和完整的地下管线信息。为实现对嘉兴市综合地下管线资料的信息化管理及管线成果的应用,嘉兴市组织实施了嘉兴市地下管线管理信息及共享交换平台的建设。着重阐述了嘉兴市地下管线管理信息及共享交换平台建设的总体设计。共享交换平台实现了数据管理、数据更新、查询统计、空间分析、三维可视化及管线全生命周期管理等功能。就系统平台在综合地下管线实际管理中的应用情况进行了介绍。
Underground pipeline is the lifeline of urban survival and development.Accurate and complete underground pipeline information is essential for urban management,planning,design,construction and emergency management.In order to realize the informatization management of comprehensive underground pipeline data and the application of pipeline achievements,Jiaxing organized and implemented the construction of underground pipeline management information and sharing and exchange platform.This paper expounds the purpose,significance and overall design of the platform and introduces the application of the platform in actual management of integrated underground pipeline.It realizes the system functions of data management,data update,statistics query,spatial analysis,three-dimensional visualization and pipeline life cycle management.
