摘要
房产变更测量是房地产测绘的重要工作之一,为实现房产测绘图形自动更新及面积解算,本文提出了基于尺寸驱动的图形自动更新与重绘算法以及基于轮廓跟踪的面积求解算法,通过应用实例,证明了该方法的可行性与合理性,为提高房产测绘工作效率、减少房产测绘变更测量环节以及降低房产测绘出错率提供借鉴和参考。
Modifying surveying is one of the important tasks of real estate surveying and mapping.In order to realize automatic updating and area calculation,this paper pro poses the automatic updating and redrawing algorithm based on dimension driving and the area solving algorithm based on contour tracking,and proves the feasibility and rationality of this method with application examples.This will help improving the work efficiency of real estate surveying and mapping and reducing the change measurement work and also the errors.
