摘要
国土变更调查是掌握我国国土变化与土地科学管理的有效途径,准确无误地提取出国土变更调查变化图斑是国土变更调查的重要工序。监测图斑提取的常规方法主要通过人工目视解译,需要投入大量人力物力,工期长且容易漏提。论文选取贵州各个县市特征较为明显的新增建设用地样本,运用人工智能方法对新增建设用地监测图斑进行提取,实验证明,在保证准确率的前提下,人工智能方法耗时短、成本低,同时,其他类型监测图斑的提取也可推广应用该方法。
Land change survey is effective in learning the condition of the land change and land scientific management,and one important process of which is to accurately extract the change patches.The conventional method of monitoring patch extraction relies mainly on manual visual interpretation,which requires intensive manpower and material resources,the construction period is long and it’s easy to miss information.In this paper,taking the new construction land of some cities and counties in Guizhou as an sample,the artificial intelligence method is used to extract the land monitoring patches.It is proved that the artificial intelligence method is less time-consuming and low-cost while ensuring the accuracy.This method can also be applied to the extraction of other types of monitoring patches.
