摘要
生物纳米材料因其易制备和较高的生物利用度而在工业、医学和环境领域的应用中备受关注。在生物纳米材料中,由若干等价蛋白质亚基组成的具有对称性结构的蛋白质衣壳被看做最有潜力的生物大分子,可作为载体用于封装酶等。蛋白质衣壳封装酶的系统不仅可以保护酶不易被降解,甚至可以改变酶的性质,前者对工业化使用酶提供可能,而对后者还缺乏一定的研究,这篇综述针对这一领域总结了过去的实验研究,以期得到更多的知识,为利用这一体系提供帮助。
The design of nanoscale reaction vessels has attracted interest as a way to control chemical activity.Hollow,self-assembled protein shells,known as capsids,are commonly used for biological compartmentalization and provide an appealing source of potential nanoreactor vessels.To make a capsid into a nanoreactor,enzymes can be encapsulated within the capsid interior,which gains many scientists interest in this kind of research because it can be useful to know how confinement of an enzyme within a protein capsid can alter its catalytic activity.In this review,this type of research had been listed and discussed hopefully to explore the influence of protein capsids on the properties of the cargo enzyme.
