质体醌作为电子载体直接参预了植物内的能量传递过程[1],这一事实引起了人们广泛注意.醌环的取代基对醌类化合物进行光合作用的电子传递过程有很大影响[1],我们设想若能在保持与醌环上的甲基相近体积的条件下.
2-Chloro-3-methyl-1,4r-lenzo quinone was prepared by oxidation o■3■methylaniline 1 with MnO_(2)-AcOH and Na_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7)-H_(2)SO_(4)on Silica gel.Alk■with various fatty acids in the presence of(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)and AgNO_(3)gave a■and 6-alkyl derivatives 4 and 3,which were reduced to the corresponding hy■and seperated by TLC.Their structures were established by UV,IR,■H■R an■MS spectra.
