摘要
本文对11种单糖的正丁基硼酸衍生化反应产物进行快原子轰击质谱分析,得到相当特征的谱图,用来区分单糖的立体异构体,为单糖的定性提供一种简便、快速、可行的方法.
The stereoselective reaction of eleven monosaccharides——D-ribose,D-lyxose,D-xylose,L-arabinose,L-rhamnnose,L-fucose,D-glucose,D-mannose,D-galactose,D-fructose,L-sorbose——with n-butaneboronic acid has been studied by fast atombombardment mass spectrometry(FAB MS).Characteristic mass spectra of thederivatized monosaccharides showed some differences which could be used in thedifferentiation of the stereoisomers in FAB MS.This reaction was effected by theorientation of hydroxyl groups and the favoured configuration(furanose or pyranose)of monosaccharides,1-hydroxyl group also participated in the reaction if 2 and 3-hydroxyl groups are in the trans-positions.
